# Plugin settings

All settings are in the **"Building Tools"** plugin window and sorted by **tabs**. There are both general settings and unique ones, which are in only one tab.

When you close the plugin window or editor, all settings are **saved**.

## General settings

#### Selected Orientation

It determines which **axis the asset will rotate** relative to the creation surface. For example, it allows you to put the plate sideways. In combination with rotation along the desired axis - you can put them sideways.

#### Selected Folder Name

All created assets will be placed in this folder. But only if her name is not equal to "None".

#### Display Information Color

Changes the color of the **displayed information** about the current **Building Mode**. It also has a checkbox that allows you to **disable** the output of information.

#### Grid Color

Changes the color of the Floor Grid.

## Wall settings

The Wall Build tab has no unique settings.

## Furniture settings

#### Shift Bound By Normal

Shifts the position of the asset relative to the surface normal so that its bottom edge touches the surface.

#### Use Grid Size While Attaching

Sometimes furniture needs to be positioned as **accurately as possible**. For example, pictures that should be at the same height, or lamps, which should also be at the same height.
